Our coaches help each gymnast learn and perfect skills necessary
for competition on the vault, uneven parallel bars, balance
beam, and floor exercise. Gymnasts learn gymnastic and dance
skills in a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere fostering self-confidence,
teamwork, and dedication. The sport of gymnastics is an important
foundation for many sports. Sunnyvale Gymnastics Club strives
to develop dedication and personal growth in every gymnast,
skills that will be with them in all that they do.
Our competitive team program is open to girls who have successfully
learned the skills necessary for each event and are interested
in competing in gymnastics meets in and around the San Francisco
bay area.
